My family and I encountered several issues during our stay. First, our room was located far from the pool and beach, making it exhausting to go back and forth, especially with kids. the reception staff were incredibly rude, and it took multiple complaints just to get basic necessities like towels. The beach itself was disappointing, as you had to wade over 15 minutes just to reach a swimmable area.

The hospitality from Haitham and the team was truly unforgettable. the delicious food made our meals special! The kids loved their play area, making it a family paradise.

We had a wonderful time at Sunrise. The main pool was huge with a fantastic atmosphere. The kids really enjoyed the small water park and slides in the kids' pool. Our room offered a beautiful sea view, and it was very clean. I want to give a huge shout-out to the reception team, especially Mr Haitham and Mr Mostafa Elshazly, who made our check-in smooth. The staff at the restaurant, particularly Mr Ahmed Hussien and Mr Abdelrahman, were incredibly attentive, even doing a special surprise for my husband’s birthday. the food variety was quite limited. After a few days, the buffet felt repetitive and not very exciting. It would be great if they could work on introducing more options. Another downside was the pool closing at 6 PM, which didn’t allow us to enjoy swimming after a day of exploring.

The pool was nice and the staff at the bar were very helpful! One night we found a quiet corner at the beach to watch the sunset, it was surprisingly beautiful.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

It was just a smart choice for a lightning trip in Hurghada with very good value for money. The large unheated pool was a great spot to relax after exploring the area. Consider bringing a beach umbrella for shade.
